01 The company behind Wenak
Wenak is a trading brand of Ember Journeys FZCO, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the entity named on our registered trade licence. Ember Journeys FZCO owns, maintains, and operates the website at wenak.net and is responsible for the services offered through it.
Our licensed activity is outbound tour operation: we arrange leisure travel packages for customers departing from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to international destinations.
02 What we sell
We sell surprise leisure travel packages. A standard Wenak package includes return flights in economy class, hotel accommodation for the number of nights you book, and a digital destination guide. Wenak sells travel services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
The surprise is the point. When you book, you do not yet know your destination. Wenak selects it from the pool of possible destinations shown on the website, based on your travel dates, departure city, the destinations you chose to exclude, and availability. Your destination is revealed in your travel documents, sent by email approximately 48 hours before departure.
03 How it works
1. You choose the basics. Pick whether the trip is for you or a gift, your departure city, your travel dates, the number of travellers, your hotel tier, and any destinations you would like to exclude.
2. We plan in secret. Wenak selects your destination from the possible pool and arranges your flights and accommodation.
3. You get a confirmation immediately. As soon as your booking and payment go through, we email you a confirmation with your booking reference.
4. The reveal. Around 48 hours before you fly, we send your full travel documents, and your surprise destination, by email.
04 Gifting a surprise
A Wenak trip can be bought as a gift. The recipient receives a gift code, chooses their own travel dates and traveller details when they are ready to redeem, and only then discovers where the surprise takes them. Gifts are valid for 12 months from purchase.
